The International English Language Testing System (IELTS) is the world’s most popular high stakes English language test for study, work and migration and is recognised by Britain, Australia, New Zealand and Canada as an accepted test of language ability for university entrance. British universities and other centres of education generally require IELTS level 6.0 or higher as evidence of language ability.
The IELTS examinations are held on fixed dates throughout the year and can be taken at the end of the course at an examination centre in Bournemouth.
In the four morning lessons, you join our General English course to improve your level of English. Teachers focus on all four language skills - listening, speaking, reading and writing, as well as grammar and pronunciation.
In the fifth lesson our teachers will give you plenty of IELTS exam practice.You are provided with language input in the form of IELTS texts, audio and visual material. You will use IELTS practice papers and sample test materials to improve your exam techniques.
