In order to start the course you will need to have a minimum level of English and this will differ depending on the Activate English course you decide to study.
No specific sub-test scores (for example reading or writing) are required and a wide range of qualifications is accepted to show that you have reached this level.
If you do not have a certificate to show your level of English, we can send you an online test to see if your level is suitable for our Activate course. All you need to do is to tick the box asking for the test on your application form.
If you do have a certificate to show your level of English, please upload it with your application and we will tell you whether it is acceptable.
