The role of the Legal Office is to provide legal advice to management and staff of the University on legal and corporate issues and on compliance with State and Commonwealth legislative requirements. In addition, the University Lawyer is the University Copyright and Intellectual Property Officer and Information Privacy Officer and, oversees the processing of all University contracts, applications for trademarks and patents, and conducts staff professional development sessions.

Our main campus is located in Toowoomba, one of Australia’s largest inland cities, situated just a two hour drive west of Brisbane. There are over 4000 students enrolled at the Toowoomba campus studying in the areas of Business, Communication, Creative Arts, Health, Humanities, Education, Engineering and Spatial Science, Information Technology, Law and Sciences.
