Matches are made according to skills, experience and industry of interest, after creating an online profile and a written proposal. Once a relationship is established, you will benefit from insider knowledge of current business demands. Your mentor will be provided with a resource pack, ensuring both parties can progress towards their shared objectives.The CMI online resource portal makes company reports, videos, guides, and e-journals available to members. In addition, self-directed learning and self-assessments, interactive scenarios and more to help your career progression.
Our Employability Service team are consistently successful in helping students engage with top businesses, and make connections through one-to-one advice and workshops.Students and graduates can also make use of long-established associations with professional bodies in the legal and business world, through our Student Employability Programme and job vacancy database.
All of the Business School’s online Business Management programmes have been accredited by The Chartered Management Institute (CMI), meaning graduates receive a CMI qualification in addition to their degree.In addition, The University of Law was awarded Gold in the Teaching Excellence Framework, 2017.
