The Career Center at CSUN offers career exploration and advisement along with job-search strategies to students and eligible alumni. By providing guidance on choosing a major and advice on how to make decisions, set goals and plan, the Career Center helps students advance on their career paths.
The CSUN campus is modern and state-of-the-art. Facilities include the Oviatt Library with approximately 1.4 million books and periodicals; high-tech scientific and computer labs; sports, athletic and recreational centers; an on-campus bank and a full-service Student Health Center.
With the activities available, students enjoy countless opportunities to meet and interact with university students. CSUN provides a variety of activities – educational, cultural and social – including student clubs; musical, theatrical and sports events; enrichment activities hosted by various academic departments; and presentations by distinguished faculty and prominent figures in politics, science and the arts.
Our nine colleges offer 68 baccalaureate degrees, 58 master's degrees, 2 professional doctorate degrees, 14 teaching credential programs in the field of education, and various opportunities in extended learning and other special programs, which offers something for everyone!
